Jimmie L. Brooks, 49 of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life July 7, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Henry Whaley Jr., and Martha Brooks; stepson, Marshall Duhart.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Fredrick Plummer, Jamiah Brooks, Bianca Brooks, Madison Brooks, Ashton Brooks; stepchildren, Kanisha Duhart, Demarcus Duhart, Zanasia Stubblefield; siblings, Shirley Singleton, Erbert Brooks, Rebecca Brooks, Willie Brooks, Angela Brooks, and Nathaniel Brooks; one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
