Frances Clifton Harper

Frances Clifton Harper, 95, of Brinkley, Ark., passed away July 8, 2022. She worked as a medical technologist for 28 years in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She and her husband moved to Brinkley where they became co-owners of KBRI/KQMC. She was preceded in death by her husband, John. She is survived by her children, James (Peggy) Harper, Jeannette (Jack) Williams and Marty Harper; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Jean Elledge.
