Rhonda "Jo" Yeager age 80, of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was born on January 15, 1942 in Mangum, Okla., to the late Thomas Isaac Willoughby and Susie Irene Lanford Willoughby.
