Theodore Houston Williams, 65, of Hot Springs, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at his residence. He was born Friday, October 26, 1956, at Wharton, Texas, to Willoughby Columbus Williams and Emily Kay Knudson Williams Matocha. Ted was employed by Allen Canning and had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He was a loving, dedicated son, brother and uncle; who cherished his family. Ted was preceded in death by his father, Willoughby Williams, and his mother and step-father, Emily and Roosevelt Matocha. He is survived by his three brothers and one sister-in-law, Will and Robin Williams, of Hockley, Texas; Bill Williams, of Victoria, Texas; and Bobby Williams, of Victoria, Texas; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Janet and Fred Siegel, of Victoria, Texas; Barbara and Gary Scott, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; and Dorothy Pettey, of Wesley; as well as many nieces and nephews.
