Randy "R.D." Kinsey was born to Mack and Elizabeth B. Kinsey on November 19, 1952, on Miami Beach. He transitioned July 11, 2022, in Little Rock. A private burial was held July 15. Family and friends may join in a public celebration of life event Sunday, July 31, at 3 p.m. at the Albert Pike Memorial Temple, 712 Scott St., Little Rock. A motorcade will line up at 2 p.m. at 821 Magnolia St., NLR, to travel to the Memorial Temple.
