Reginald Lee Kinney, Sr.

Reginald Lee Kinney, Sr., of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at the age of 75. He was born on July 18, 1947, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Melville and Lucille Kinney. Reggie graduated from North Little Rock High School, where he met Jackie. The two married in North Little Rock on August 22, 1969. Together, they had three children: Jamie, Reggie, and Mandy. Reggie worked in the trucking industry throughout college. Upon graduating from the University of Central Arkansas in 1970, he started his 40 plus year career as a labor negotiator. During his career, Reggie traveled throughout the country and made many lifelong friends in the industry. In his free time, Reggie enjoyed riding his motorcycle above all other things. Reggie is survived by his wife, Jackie Sangster Kinney; his son, Reggie Kinney, Jr.; his daughters, Jamie Riley (Tom) and Mandy Kinney; and his granddaughters, Emma Riley, Grace Riley, and Olivia Kinney. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 30, at 1 p.m., at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
