Wilmeda Irene LaRue

Wilmeda Irene LaRue, age 90, of Arkadelphia, died July 28, 2022, at Courtyard Gardens Health and Rehabilitation in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She was born on March 22, 1932, in Bonham, Texas, to Robert DeWoody and Lula Kirksey DeWoody. She worked at Wal-Mart in Arkadelphia for many years and was a cashier. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Claude DeWoody and John DeWoody; her sisters, Wanda Watson and Opal Mize. She is survived by her her daughter, Jan LaRue of Wichita, Kansas, sons, Eric LaRue of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and David LaRue of Denver Colorado, and numerous friends and relatives. Visitation will be at 2 p.m., on Sunday, July 31, 2022, in the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel, followed by services at 3 p.m., in the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel.
