Ann Lee Miller Booth was born October 29, 1945, in Enid, Okla., and entered into our Lord's presence on Sunday, June 19, 2022, in Siloam Springs, Ark.
Ann held many job titles in her lifetime, but spent the majority of her career at the Siloam Springs Medical Clinic for 30 years, working in the front office helping patients and visiting with the staff. When she wasn't at work, she was happiest when she was with her late husband, Dale. They enjoyed working, traveling and bowling together.
In the years since Dale passed away, she traveled some, but continued to bowl through this past spring season. Ann loved to read. She was a member of the mystery guild and received multiple books each month to enjoy. She also loved animals. Her favorite were wolves, but loved dogs and cats alike. Her faithful companion was her cat named Shadow, that kept her company.
Ann was a very gifted seamstress and sewed for many people over the years, as well as she loved to crochet. Ann also LOVED sports, especially the University of Arkansas Razorbacks! She loved watching football, tennis, golf, and baseball, but LOVED basketball the most.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Miller and Myrtle Miller, her brother, Earl Lee Miller; and her husband, P. Dale Booth.
She is survived by her daughter by choice, Jana Rousseau Smith and husband, Kevin, of Ruston, La.; her brothers-in-law: Francis Booth of Denton, Texas; Henry Booth of Muskogee, Okla.; and Lloyd Booth of Jones, Okla.; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many special friend, especially her bowling friends, who were like family.
