Lee Herman Kendrick

Deacon Lee Herman Kendrick, 77, of Higgins, Ark., departed this life on April 28, 2022. He worked as a laborer at Heim's Brothers, as an oiler at Granite Mount Quarry until his retirement and played a part in clearing the field for the I-30 freeway. He was proceeded in death by his parents, John Henry Kendrick Sr. and Rutha Mae Kendrick; three sisters, Ermalene Harris, Lucy (Helen) Parker, and Darlene Deadmon; eight brothers, Eddie, Walter (Chicken), Elroy (Pap), Ray (Darling), George (Hawkeye), John Jr. (June), William (Harold), and Bernard (Mote). Deacon Kendrick leaves to continue his legacy his devoted wife of 57 years, Geneva Pearson Kendrick, and his loving family, Barbara Caffey, Vickie (Dexter) Booker, Charlotte (Herman) James, Nicholas (Jana) Kendrick, Carolyn Terry (Edward); his grand-children, great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation: Friday, 6-8 p.m., at Antioch Full Gospel Church, 3824 Antioch Blvd., LR, Ark. Celebration of Life: Saturday, 1 p.m., at New Hope Baptist Church, 1821 Edmonds St., NLR, Ark., and will be available via live stream.
