Doris M. Kenworthy, of Bella Vista, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on Wednesday, November 20, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois, to William and Della Tinucci (George). Doris grew up in Oak Park, Illinois, and attended Dekalb College. She married her husband Frank on Saturday, June 27, 1953, at St. Lucy's Catholic Church in Chicago. She spent many years working at the NBC television station, and later owned her own gift shop named "Bits and Pieces" in Fullerton, California. Doris moved to Northwest Arkansas from Texas in 1992 where she enjoyed playing Bridge, reading, collectibles, and was a member of a Bridge Club in Bella Vista. She loved spending time at the family home in Paw Paw Lake, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years; Frank Kenworthy, their son; Scott Kenworthy, her parents; William and Della, and her sister; Lois Woodworth. Doris is survived by her two children; James Kenworthy (Alane), and Bonnie Miltimore (James), two granddaughters; Kaitie Nolan (Seth), and Sarah Tigert (Danny), and one great-granddaughter; Emilia Tigert. No services are planned at this time.
