Joe Curtiss Howard III touched the lives of many in his short time on Earth. He was born March
12, 1997 in Lawton, Okla. Joe served four years of active duty for the United States
Army. His last assignment was at Fort Hood, Texas.
He is survived by his parents Joe C. Howard Jr., Joan P. Howard and Nathalia C. Howard;
siblings: Mya K. Howard, Javier C. Andrews, Joaquin L. Howard, Kiehra N. Howard;
grandparents: Bettie Hayes and Constance Morrow; and other extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe C. Howard Sr. and Larry Morrow.
