Jewel "Madeah" Lavern Palmer, 99, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life on Friday, May 6, 2022. She was born in Tucker, Arkansas, to the union of Samuel and Lue Birtha Williams in Tucker, Arkansas, where she and her siblings, Doris, Parnell and Eddie spent most of their childhood. After migrating to Chicago, Jewel was employed at General Electric for 23 years until retirement. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and children: James Nelson and Connie Marie Woolfolk. Viewing 8 to 9 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2022, at Brown Funeral Home Pine Bluff, Ark.
