A service celebrating the life of Dr. Harold E. Mitchell will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at First Baptist Church, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, at 2 p.m. All who knew Harold, or his family are invited to attend. A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. at the church.
