Jon Joel "Texxaco" Linderman, age 65, of Springdale, died Monday, May 9, 2022, at his home. He was born October 18, 1956, in Middletown, Ohio, to Samuel and Katherine (Price) Linderman. He served in the Army and was then a sales representative with Shamrock Bolt and Screw for over 35 years. Texxaco enjoyed time with family and friends, grilling and cooking, and riding his motorcycle every chance he had. He also enjoyed sports, especially the Florida Gators. He had a tremendous sense of humor, swag, and was truly a man's man. Above all, Texxaco accepted Christ Jesus as his Savior on July 20, 2020, and was baptized by water on April 18, of this year. He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Sha'rita Craine and husband Josh; two grandchildren, Jaxon and Sadie Craine; his former wife and longtime-friend, Cynthia Linderman; and many other relatives and dear friends. A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Monday, May 16, at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Clark Snow officiating. Interment with military honors will be 12:30 p.m., at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Patriot Guard Riders.
