Fletcher D. Anderson, Sr., of Furlow, Ark., left this earth on May 12, 2022, at the age of 86. He was born June 10, 1935. He was the eldest son of the late B.T. Anderson and Ruby Mae McCann Anderson. Fletcher farmed all his life. Along with his brother, Larry M. Anderson, they owned and operated F&L Fish Farm in Lonoke County. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Anderson; and granddaughter, Rae Ann Brooks. He leaves behind his wife, Linda Todd Anderson; five children: Nancy K. Brooks and Shirley A. West of Benton, Ark., Fletcher D. (Danny) Anderson, Jr. of Lonoke, Ark., Lourie S. Simpson (Mark) of Russellville, Ark., and Tracy Sullivan of Lonoke, Ark.; siblings, Doyle Anderson, Ralph Anderson, Larry Anderson, Jerry Anderson. and Vera Carpenter, all of Lonoke County, and Paulette Chapman of Scott, Ark.; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; step-children, Teresa Nash, Leanna Rich, Kim Burks, Dan Stout and Chuck Stroud; his special friends from the Seven Devils hunting club and his morning coffee group at Lonoke, Mr. Justin Donahue. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2022, at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke, Ark. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lonoke, Ark.
