Juanita Corrine Marable

Juanita Corrine Marable, age 100, of Fayetteville, Ark., died on May 18, 2022, at Circle of Life in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on September 28, 1921, in Malvern, Arkansas, to James Fredrick Finney and Jennie P. Hulsey Finney. Juanita graduated from Glen Rose High School. She married John William Marable on October 12, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Juanita was a long-time member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jennie Finney; husband John William Marable, II; and son, John William Marable, III. Juanita is survived by a daughter, Kathy Tippit and husband Bruce of Fayetteville; two granddaughters, Jennifer Grady and husband Daniel of Wake Forest, North Carolina, and Amy Adams and husband Matt of Fayetteville; and six great-grandchildren, Henry, Mary Hannah, Kate, Maddie, Hays, and Elliot. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2022, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. There will be a private burial at Little Rock National Cemetery.
