Val Jean Shaw, age 86, of Beebe, Ark., passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022. She was born in Little Rock, Ark., to Frank Cochran and Georgia Gilcrease. She loved spending time with her family and listening to the Gaither's music. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby G. Shaw; her parents, Frank Cochran and Georgia Gilcrease; and her daughters, Susan Studdard and Terry Shaw. Val is survived by her children, John Shaw and Stacy Yandell (David); her grandchildren, Steven Yandell (Brittney), Matthew Yandell (Melissa), Nathan Yandell (Rebecca), and Chris Shaw; her great-grandchildren, Lincoln Yandell, Eden Yandell, Mason Yandell, and Brooke Shaw. A family hosted memorial service will be hosted a later date.
