Roscoe "Dobie-Scobie" Flowers, 79, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life May 14, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmo Flowers and Earnest Flowers.
He leaves to cherish his memory: Lynda (Gayle) Jenkins, Cordell (Sherry) Flowers, LaKesha Watson, Timothy Lee Flowers and Tanya L. (Ann) Flowers; siblings, John Cain, Ann Rawls, Bertha Mays, Helen Rice, Betty (Chester) Gilmore; 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
