Mary H. Spigner, age 90, of Nashville, went to her Eternal Home on Monday, May 23, 2022, in Magnolia, Ark. Mary was born on July 20, 1931, in Washington, Ark., to the late John Holt and Rose Martin Holt. She was a registered nurse and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Nashville AR During her 35 years of nursing she worked at Howard Memorial Hospital, served as Howard County Health nurse and worked at St. Michaels in Texarkana. Mary was a very creative lady, she loved sewing and having a house full of girls. She hand made a majority of their outfits. She loved cooking for her family and friends, Mary had a keen sense of humor, making everyone laugh because of something she had said. She was a devoted Christian woman, mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved life to sum it up. Preceding her in death were her parents; and six younger siblings. They include Dorothy Boyd, Lucy Mae Gwilliams, John M. Holt, George Holt, Patsy Ewing, and Jim Holt. She is survived by her best friend and the love of her life for over 67 years, William "Bill" Spigner; three daughters and their families, Rosemary Cloud and husband Randy of Nashville, Reba Jennings and husband Jimmy of Magnolia, Rhonda Williams and husband Greg of Cabot; grandchildren, Ryan Cloud (Britney), Robyn Cloud Lindsey (Kelly), Ledly Jennings (Bethany), and Ashton Williams Zuber (Tyler); great-grandchildren, Brilynne, Eden &and Maddox Cloud, Remy, Rory, and baby Lindsey due June 5, baby Jennings due in August; many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mary will be Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church with Bro. Glenn Green and Bro. Paul Bullock officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
