Mitchell Delayne King

Dr. Mitchell Delayne King, was ushered into the presence of his Savior on May 21, 2022. He was born on July 4, 1971, in Athens, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Christy King of Conway, Arkansas,and children, Haydon, Katie Grace, William, and Anderson King. Dr. King graduated Cum Laude from Tennessee Wesleyan University and the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He then established King Family Dental Care, where he practiced for 24 years. Dr. King was a deacon and Sunday school teacher at Woodland Heights Baptist Church. He poured his love of baseball into coaching little league teams for over 20 years. Contributions may be made to the Dr. Mitchell D. King Memorial Fund at First Security Bank, and will be used to sponsor local little league baseball teams and to assist in funding scholarships for overseas dental mission trips. The family is grateful for the King Family Dental Care staff, Dr. Ladd Ellis, and Dr. Luke Sanders for their commitment to continue the care for his dental patients that he loved so much. We also thank Dr. Lander Smith and Dr. Brad Baltz for their care of Dr. King during his illness.
