Phillip Ben Piazza, 85, of Tontitown passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born August 24, 1937, in Tontitown to Ben Piazza and Eda Tomiello Piazza.
He worked for Ball Corporation in Springdale for 37 years. He was a jokester. He was a farmer raising cattle for many years. He loved his grandchildren. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown.
He is preceded in death by his father; mother; four brothers, Virgil, Lawrence, David, Ernest; and one sister, Lucy Pianalto.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Margaret; three sons, Eugene and wife Jody, Steven and wife Kerry, and Lance; four grandchildren, Zoie and husband Ryan, Sydney, Jordyn, and Elyjah; and six great-grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Piazza; and one sister, Rita Cloer, and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian of Christian Burial will be Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown with Father Samy officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Tontitown.
A rosary will take place on Wednesday, November 2, beginning at 5 p.m. at the church with a visitation to follow from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
