LOVIE JEAN LUCILLE DUNBAR, 77 of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life Nov. 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Clara Patterson, Nathaniel Lowe, Emmer Williams, Gearldine Robinson, Doris Talbert.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Sylvester Dunbar Jr. (Sandra), Vincent Dunbar (Danielle), Felita Dunbar Bright (Shawn); siblings: J.T. Talbert (Phyllis), Cora Talbert, seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
