Theresa Ann Tyler

Theresa Ann Tyler, 83, of Conway, Ark., went home to the Lord on Monday, November 7, 2022. She was born in Solgohachia, Ark., to the late John and Helen (Sponer) Hartman. She married her sweetheart, Bob Tyler, on October 25, 1958. They raised seven children who are blessed to have been able to call them Mom and Dad. They were married just shy of 60 years. Theresa was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Christian Ladies and a past church choir member. She was a past Cub Scout Den leader and Mother and Grandmother of seven Eagle Scouts. She made friends easily and loved playing bingo and brought that love to her friends at Stonebridge Senior Living. She enjoyed music and feeding her family and visiting with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; four brothers and one sister. She is survived by sons, Alton (Angie) Freyburger, Richard (Carla) Tyler of Conway, Tim (Jerry) Tyler of Pineville; daughters, Janet (Danny) Steele, Bobbie Ann (Hank) Merkel, Jackie (Mike) Harrell, Patty (Paul) Wellinghoff of Conway; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2022, 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway with a Rosary at 11 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m., with Fr.
