LaCinda Ann Cooper, 60, of Sherwood, passed away Sunday September 25, 2022. She was born in Phoenix, Ariz., to the late William Junior and Francis Evelyn Houston Johns. LaCinda worked at Pulaski County Special School District as an Operations Specialist II. LaCinda lived in her life to the fullest. Her first love was for the Lord. Her unconditional love for her family was always known and felt. She was a loving wife and mother. If you were considered her friend then you held a very special place in her heart and you knew it. She was very detailed and loved family gatherings. Her favorite time of year was Christmas as she enjoyed watching others open their presents. Her hobbies included fishing, arts, crafts and going to yard sales. She will be dearly missed and will always remain in our hearts and memories forever. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Burt. She is survived by her husband, Keith Cooper; children, Andrew, Ryan, and Wesley Cooper; grandchildren, Arlen, Faelen, and Riley Cooper; siblings, Richard "Chico" (Vickie) Burt, Paulinda (Bradley) Davidson, Rocky (Linda) Johns, and Rodney (Talatha) Hanna. Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. (501) 982-2136.
