Ola Mae Richardson, age 88, of the Whitehouse Community passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022. She was born Nov. 12, 1933, in the Grove Springs, Mo., Oneas and Viola Williams Swadley. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Richardson; her son, Danny Wayne Richardson and daughter in law, Cheryl Richardson. She is survived by her daughter, Karla Mae Richardson Hill of the Whitehouse Community; son, Tim Richardson of the Whitehouse Community; three grandchildren, Kayla Michael and husband Shawn Michael, Jeremy Richardson and wife Sandy Richardson, Josh Hill and wife Kindle, all of the Whitehouse Community; 12 great-grandchildren, Kendra (Dessa) Yates, Delaney (Austin) Coleman, Kyra Hill, Cassie Hill, Alex (Gracie) Bowman, Kendal Michael, Abbie Michael, Blake Michael, Lillie Michael, Aubrey Hardwick, Savannah Hardwick and Cullen Hardwick; four great-great-grandchildren, Rylee Jarnagan, River Coleman and Blaike Coleman and Hallie Coleman. Over the years she worked jobs at Baldwin Piano and Pizza Junction. She also helped tend the family farm and enjoyed being a housewife, mother and granny. She loved gardening, planting lots of flowers and watching the birds in her yard. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday at the Whitehouse Community Building with burial to follow in Whitehouse Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
