Charlotte Ann Ballew

CHARLOTTE ANN BALLEW, 80, died Nov. 11, 2022, at Hospice Home Care of Little Rock surrounded by her family. She was born Nov. 11, 1942, in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Ellis and Verneal Burlison. Charlotte will be remembered for her generosity, creative spirit, and her sassy dry wit. She was an excellent cook, cake decorator, gardener, and painter, among many other talents. She had a knack for finding the perfect gifts for her family and friends and took great joy in doing so. She also enjoyed traveling, especially with her sisters and brother. She is survived by her sons, Rocky (Lora) Brown of Little Rock; Keith (Libby) Brown of Sherwood; sisters, Beverly (Howie) Rhoden of Lenexa, Kan.; Sherri (Robby) Flynt of North Little Rock; Patti Fitz of Swansboro, N.C.; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard Ballew, and brother Mike Burlison. A celebration of life will be held at later date.
