Barbara "Micki" Michelle Sloan

Barbara "Micki" Michelle Sloan, age 66, passed away at home in Hot Springs on November 20th. She was born in Searcy, Ark., on May 14, 1956 to Stanley and Barbara Andrews. She worked in the collections business for many years before moving back to Arkansas. Her love for driving landed her a job driving a school bus for Pulaski County until she retired. Micki was the oldest of four and resided in Pennsylvania for many years and then moved back to Arkansas where she and her husband cared for her parents in their later years of life. Micki was preceded in death by her parents. She will be dearly missed by her husband Ronald Sloan, sister, Rosemary Andrews; brothers, Thomas and David Andrews; nephew, Logan Andrews; her stepdaughter, Brandy and husband Sam Cosgrove; grandchildren, Bishop Cooper and Phoenix Cosgrove. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, November 25, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Garland County Humane Society.
