Billy Joe "Bill" Fouts

Billy Joe "Bill" Fouts, Sr., 60, of Gravette passed away Nov. 22, 2022, in Rogers. He was born Dec. 11, 1961, in Rogers the son of James and Betty Shook Fouts. Bill was a retired truckdriver for Business Solutions, Inc., and a member of the Living Water Ministries. He is preceded in death by his father. Bill is survived by his wife Tammy Lee Smith Fouts; children, Billy Joe Fouts, Jr. and Amy Main; his mother, Betty Milczarski; his siblings, Rick Fouts, Linda Jones and husband Vernon, Jamie Walker and husband Calvin; grandchildren, Job, Margo and Elijah Main; God-daughter, Ella Davidson; his mother-in-law Judy Johnson and husband Alvin; his in-laws, James Bush, Teressa Harmon and Tina Davidson and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, with services beginning at 11 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th Street, Rogers. Interment will be in the Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Ark.
