Mark Thomas Sandine

Mark Thomas Sandine, 54, of Pine Bluff, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022. He was born May 4, 1968, in Pine Bluff to Charles Thomas Sandine and Carolyn Kay Stafford DeVos. Mark attended and graduated from Pine Bluff High School. After graduation he was employed by Cranford's, later to be employed by County Market, which in time changed to Food Wise, now to be known as Food Smart. Mark became manager of the meat department; he was employed there for 18 years. He was an avid fisherman and loved his family and dogs more than anything. Mark was the light of his mother's life. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Thomas Sandine; stepfather, Dennis Erwin DeVos; grandparents, Herman and Margaret Stafford; Johnny, and Flora Sandine. Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Kay Stafford DeVos; sister Barbara Sandine Allen; aunt and uncle, Connie and Bill Paul; along with many cousins and extended family. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 11 a.m., in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
