CHARLICE V. MCDOWELL, 52, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life September 30, 2022. She is preceded in death by her father: Tommy McDowell.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son: Chance McDowell Bordueax; mother: Charlotte Scott; siblings: Ciceley McDowell, Sonyia Ledbetter, Rodney Winkler and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
