Ann Sly Porter

Ann Sly Porter passed away peacefully in Little Rock, Ark., on October 2, 2022. Ann was born in Memphis, Tenn., on January 29, 1948, to Robert and Joy Lee Kirkpatrick Sly. She is survived by her husband, Jesse E. "Rusty" Porter Jr.; her children, Katie Mantooth (Jamie), Jed Porter (Micah); and Sarah Russell (Ryan); her grandchildren, Porter, Betsy, and Jack; and many other loving family members and friends. A service celebrating her life, officiated by Reverend Hamner, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, at Helena Methodist Church in Helena, Ark.
