Dorothy Dimple Young Atwood

Dorothy Dimple Young Atwood was born June 10, 1927. She graduated from Hot Springs Senior High School in 1945. She married Claude Atwood, Jr., after he returned from the war in 1946. She and Jr moved to Little Rock, and joined Highland Presbyterian Church, (later known as Parkway Place Presbyterian Church), in 1955. Dorothy served in various committees and as church treasurer. She is survived by one child, Donna Katherine Sharlon; and one grandchild, Neil Q. Dillard. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Highway 5 North, Alexander, Ark.
