Mary Lue Gibbs, of Camden, Ark., moved to her heavenly home on October 3, 2022. She was born on June 4, 1934, in West Plains, Mo., to Leonard and Garrett Farrar. Mary Lue is survived by her husband, William K ("Bill") Gibbs, as well as the children of their combined marriage: Kathy Daneshmandi (K.C.) of Little Rock, Ark.; Mike Fisher (Lana) of Camden, Ark.; Steve Fisher (Anna) of Ft. Smith, Ark.; and Matt Gibbs (Crystal) of Camden, Ark. Surviving grandchildren are Krista Merriott (Cory) of Magnolia, Ark.; Kyle Fisher of Ft. Smith, Ark.; Emily Fisher of Little Rock, Ark.; Bryce Daneshmandi (Kayla) of Little Rock, Ark.; and Ethan Gibbs of Camden, Ark., two grandchildren, Courtney Fisher (Ft. Smith, Ark.) and Chase Daneshmandi (Little Rock, Ark.) welcomed Mary Lue to her new home. Mary Lue lived every day in service to her family and her community, church, and volunteering in the Food Pantry. Words can't express the gratitude felt for the compassionate care of the OCMC Hospice staff and additional caregivers who have become family. A Celebration of Life was held at First United Methodist Church in Camden, as well as a graveside service in Glenwood, were held on October 5, 2022. Memorials may be given to the Food Pantry or Sue's Table at First United Methodist Church in Camden, two ministries that were dear to Mary Lue's heart.
