Charlice V. McDowell

Charlice V. McDowell, 52, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life September 30, 2022. She is preceded in death by her father, Tommy McDowell. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Chance McDowell Bordueax; mother, Charlotte Scott; siblings, Ciceley McDowell, Sonyia Ledbetter, Rodney Winkler; and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
