Patricia Ann Falls Barrett, 91, of Clarksville, Ark., passed away on October 12, 2022 in Dardanelle, Ark. "Patsy" was born August 19, 1931 in Pottsville, Ark., to Thomas Boston Falls and Sallie Belle Evans Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Leonora Falls Wilcox and Hazel Falls Hamaker; and one brother, Rev. William Nale Falls. Patsy was a graduate of Pottsville High School and the University of Arkansas, and earned an M.S.E. from the U of A. She was an avid Razorback fan, an even more avid dog walker, a certified Master Gardener, and loved playing the piano. A member of the First United Methodist Church in Clarksville for 50 years, she was a also a member of the United Methodist Women, PEO Chapter-CJ, Kappa Kappa Iota, and the Johnson County Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by one son, Charles (Chuck) Barrett of Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Jane Barrett of North Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, Thomas Bunn Falls of Pottsville, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and great-great-great-nieces and nephews, to whom she was known as "Aunt Patsy". A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday October 17, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Ark. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2022, at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Clarksville with burial at 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville, Ark. Pallbearers are Cleve Reasoner, Dylan Hawkins, Hunter Hawkins, Max Falls, Mike Falls, and Rodney Torrence. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Needy Paws, Clarksville, Ark., and First United Methodist Church-Stained Glass Fund, Clarksville, Ark. A special thanks to the staff of Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center for their loving and compassionate care.
