H. Laverne Thompson

H. Laverne Thompson, 81, of Cabot, Ark., passed away on Oct. 13, 2022. She was born on Sept. 4, 1941, in Dell, Ark., to the late Dennis Franklin and Mable Amy King. She is survived by her sisters, Yvonne Bolton and Kay Bell (Jerry); and a host of nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Richard E. Thompson, and brother, Dennis R. King. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at First Assembly North Little Rock, at 11 a.m. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at 10 a.m. A graveside service will follow at Mt.
