WILLIE EDWARD EASON, 79, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned peacefully to eternity Oct. 12, 2022. He was an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, Reynolds Metals retiree, funeral director at their family-owned business. A true sports enthusiast and outdoorsman, he loved football, baseball, and basketball, as well as enjoyed deer hunting, bass fishing, and golf. He was a dedicated member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Pastor Ronnie Miller-Yow. Left with precious memories are his wife of 56 years, Jean Parham-Eason; children, Rodney Eason and Jennifer Eason (Madre Sr.) Hill; grandchildren, Madre Jr., Mason, Maddox, and Mary Lillian Hill; brothers, Charles and Michael (Vickie) Eason; and sister, Hazel Eason-Jefferson (Jessie), brother-in-law, Terry Nelson; brothers-in-law, Richard (Ruth) Eaglin of Mitchellville, Md., Burrel (Charlotte) Parham, Jr. of Lancaster, Texas, Elvis (Joyce) Parham of Little Rock, Ark., Lloyd Parham of Henderson, Nev., and Herb (Norris) Coley of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. We extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses, chaplain, and staff at John L. McClellan Veterans Hospital. Services entrusted to Hubble Funeral Home, "Serving You with Professional Care since 1900". Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Wesley UMC, 1109 South State Street-LR, followed by noon interment with military honors at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W.
