Allen Glenn "AG" Bullock

On Oct. 15, 2022, Allen Glenn "AG" Bullock left this world to be in his heavenly home with the Lord, at the age of 72. AG was born on Jan. 25, 1950, to Robert Bullock and Lina Baxter Bullock. AG always filled a room with laughter and loved being with family and friends. He had a way of always making friends with whomever he met and always made them feel welcomed. AG looked to each day, playing golf with his buddies and winning. He loved to hunt deer, watch football, play a game of pool, and took such pride in his yards. He was always eager and ready to help with any project needed in his family church, McAdams Road Church. What AG treasured the most on this earth was his family. The pride and joy of his life was his daughter, Tina, and granddaughter, Carlee, and have been so proud of his new great granddaughter, Savvy. His eyes lit up when he looked at pictures of her. AG was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Billy Paul Bullock and Wayne Bullock. AG is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Betty Sue Bohannon Bullock, daughter Tina (Jeremy) Cox, granddaughter Carlee (Gage) Currie and great granddaughter Savvy Blair Currie, sisters Bobbie Bullock of Pine Bluff, Louise Orman of DeWitt and Gayle Murphy of Warren, and many nephews, nieces and friends. AG was retired from the Arkansas Highway Department and kept in touch with many of his coworkers from around the state. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 5-7 p.m. at Essex Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Essex Funeral Home.
