Christa Ann Brown

Christa Ann Brown, 29, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away October 10, 2022. She was born on Saint Patrick's Day, March 17, 1993, in Little Rock, Ark. She was the daughter of Linda Freeman Cruce and Gregory Alan Brown. Christa's maternal grandfather, Frank Freeman, and paternal grandparents, Bo and Ann Brown, preceded her in death. Christa was raised Baptist, growing up in Second Baptist Church Downtown and The Church at Rock Creek, both in Little Rock, Ark. She was a graduate of the University of Central Ark., where she earned a master's degree in health education as well as her CHES certification. She was a member of Sigma Alpha Pi. Christa loved her dog, Tux, and her family very much. She was also a social media enthusiast. Christa is survived by her mother and stepfather, Linda and Warner Cruce of Little Rock, Ark.; her father, Greg Brown (Susie) of Mount Vernon, Ark.; maternal grandmother, Nell Freeman; older sister, Alexandra (Jake Sullivan) DeFoore of Little Rock, Ark.; and her twin sister, Melissa Lin (Clayton) Lambert of Sherwood, Ark. Memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Dark Corner Cemetery on Sunday, October 23, 2022, with Dr. Ray Higgins officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Ark.
