Jay Preston Howell, 50, Pineville, Mo., 09/22/22, Rogers, Ark.
Jay P. Howell was born in Frederick, Okla., in 1972 to J.E. & Carolyn Howell. He was self employed but really loved working outdoors, helping others, and most of all blowing up fireworks.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Vernon & Ruby McKissick of Bartlesville, Okla., and Grandfather, Jack Bates of Garvin, Iowa.
Survived by his children, Amber Boyd of Frederick, Okla., and Brandon Howell & Jacob Howell of Pineville, Mo., parents, JE & Carolyn Howell; and brother, Kyle Howell.
Jay passed away while under the care of Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark.
Visitation will be in future as directed by the family.
