Bobby Lane Carter, 63, of Pine Bluff passed away on October 17, 2022. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Friday, October 28, 2022, at New Saint Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Derrick Easter officiating. Interment will be in New Saint Hurricane Church Cemetery by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. Visitation will be Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 5-6 p.m. at Paradise.
