Marshall Ramsey, age 94, of Benton, passed away October 29, 2022. He was born November 24, 1927, in Benton. Mr. Ramsey was an industrial electrician and a lifetime member of New Hope Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Marshall Ramsey and Willie May Henson Ramsey; wife, Lovie Ramsey; son, Thomas Gerald Ramsey; sisters, Bonnie Ramsey Sullivan and Lillie Ramsey Whitmire; brothers, Bill Ramsey and Olean Ramsey.
He is survived by three daughters: Marsha Davis, of Fayetteville, Marilyn Garner and Missy McCutcheon, both of Benton; and son, Tony Ramsey, of New York; brother, Donald Ramsey; sisters, Betty Ramsey Ford and Elsie Ramsey Hill, all of Benton; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Social Hill Cemetery.
