Mary Ann Badgley

Mary Ann Badgley, age 73, passed into the arms of Jesus on August 31, 2022, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark., with her two daughters by her side. Mary Ann was born in Sevierville, Tenn., on July 18, 1949. After growing up around the Great Smokies and Ozark mountains, she made her home in Springdale to raise her two daughters. After retiring from the A&W restaurant, she worked retail at various clothing stores, the Colony Shop and JCPenny, to name a few. Her specialty was gift registry, making soon-to-be brides feel extra-special. She had a gift for helping others, loved her flowers and gardening, and always had the best yard in the neighborhood. She was a believer and was a member of First Baptist Church in Springdale, Arkansas. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Louise Smith. She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (Jared) Cecil of Centerton, Ark., and Sherry (Jeff) Brondhaver of Rogers, Ark., Also surviving are her grandchildren Parker Pollard, Will Pollard, Hope Pollard, Joseph Cecil, Jackson Ruth, and Lilly Brondhaver. Celebration of life will be at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale on Saturday, Sept 10 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Ark. The family is so appreciative of the love and support through the years from the staff of Village on the Park, Rogers, Apple Creek Health and Rehab, Centerton, and Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale.
