ELMO CLYDE JOHNSON, 77, pastor of Third Baptist Church of Little Rock, transitioned to his heavenly home surrounded by family on September 15, 2022. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his devoted wife, Catherine Johnson; his children, June Williams (Mike), Terri Evans (Ernest), Tony Johnson (Burnetta), Tammie Farmer, and Cleveland Johnson; and his beloved bonus children, James Bryles, Santandra Bryles, Robert Bryles, and Anthony Bryles; 20 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Family Hour will be Friday, September 23, 2022 from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral Home. Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Greater Second Baptist Church (5615 Geyer Springs Rd., Little Rock, Ark.). Pastor Johnson will be laid to rest on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark.
