Franklin Plyler

FRANKLIN D. PLYLER was born on July 13, 1933 and passed away at the age of 89 on September 10, 2022. Franklin is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Sona L. (Isbell) Plyler; parents, Jonas and Ludie Plyler; 11 siblings; daughter-in-law, Libby Plyler.
