Stevens Lyn Yarberry

Stevens Lyn Yarberry, was born June 14, 1942, in Little Rock, Ark., to George and Zora Yarberry. He passed away September 16, 2022. He was preceded by his parents, brothers, Lawrence, Elmor, Ray and sisters, Tyncee, Georgia, Biddie, Fay and Wanda. Honorably retired SFC United States Army and VA Fort Roots. He was a home care provider and always a joyful person. He loved family events, fishing, traveling, camping, kick ball, and baseball. He was a member of Barnett Memorial Baptist Church and taught Sunday school for the seniors. Children: Robert, Steven, Richard, Helga and Eric; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, or local food banks. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 23, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., at New Hope Nazarene Church, 5519 Atwood Road, Little Rock.
