Freda Anderson Will

Freda Anderson Will, age 97, died Thursday, September 22, 2022, in Rogers, Ark. Freda was born on January 15, 1925, in Branch, Ark., to Archie Turrentine and Roxy Lindsey Turrentine. Freda was preceded in death by her husbandS, Forrest Anderson and Lee Will, her son Eddie Smith Anderson, her stepmother Pernie Qualls, three brothers Ed, Bill, and Faye Turrentine, two stepsisters Roberta Perry and Bernadine Farr, and one stepbrother Burton McGee. She is survived by one son, Russell Anderson, and his wife Cheryl of Tontitown, Ark., four grandchildren, Chris Anderson, Mark Anderson, Shannon Smith, and Stephanie Smith. Freda was a loving grandma to many great- and great-great-grandchildren. Freda worked at the Safeway grocery store in Fayetteville for 30 years, where she retired. Many years after her husband Forrest passed, she married Lee Will and they spent their time RV'ing the United States and Canada together, well into their 80's and 90's. They enjoyed their life together through the music of their youth, making new friends on their RV adventures, and their shared Christian faith. Freda will always be remembered for her selfless love and service to others and the unconditional love she had for her family. A graveside service will be held Friday September 30, 2022, 10 a.m., at the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Ark., under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
