Irene V. Perkins, 80, of Scott, Ark., departed this life January 22, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt Wilson Sr. and Leanna Wilson; siblings, Robert Wilson, Alvin Wilson, Marcella, Essie B. Wilson, Sybil Bunn and Carolyn Booker. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Deatra Handy, Erica Perkins, Michael Perkins; goddaughter, Zenda Barnes; siblings, Janice Vaughn, Bernice McMillan, Catherine Lovelace, Jackie Smith, Roosevelt Wilson; nephew, James Patterson; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
