Reginald Duane Hamman

REGINALD DUANE HAMMAN (1945-2023) Reginald "Reg" Hamman of North Little Rock, Ark., went home Thursday, March 2, 2023. Born in Vancouver, Wash., to Joe and Hilda (Cherry) Hamman, Reg grew up in Bethany, Okla., and attended grade school with Glenda Fay McDowell. They fell in love forever after a My Fair Lady performance. The two married in 1968. Reg served in the Air Force. He was a spy. Reg attended The University of Oklahoma and was a lifelong Sooner fan. Reg was a faithful servant of Christ, who worked with many ministries. Reg held up John 3:16 signs and bore witness of Christ's love and salvation to everyone. Reg was always a helping hand in time of need. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Glenda Hamman of NLR, Ark.; sons, Kevin (Kelly) Hamman of Little Rock, Ark., and Kyle (Shannon) Hamman of Chicago, Illinois; and sister, Darnetha (Don) Cobb of Montrose, Colo. Reg will forever be ‘Pop R' to Elijah and Phineas Hamman of Chicago, Illinois, and Quentin and Piper Hamman of Little Rock, Ark. Services at PHBC in NLR, Ark. Visitation: Monday, March, 6, 2023, 5-7 p.m. and a Celebration of Life Tuesday March, 7 2023 at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to Sports Crusaders.
