Arthur Brown Clendening, 77, of Little Rock passed away September 13, 2023. Brown was born November 21, 1945, in Highland Park, Mich., to Reuben Grady Clendening and Elizabeth Surrett.
Brown is survived by his wife, Judy Clendening; and an uncle, Ronnie Surrett.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00, October 2nd, 2023, at Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery, NLR. Flowers may be received at the cemetery prior to the service.
